How many times can I reuse strip lashes?
Our strip lashes are designed for long-lasting wear.

• Cotton band strip lashes can be reused up to 25 times with proper care.

• Clear band strip lashes can be reused up to 10 times.
  Avoid using mascara directly on the strips, and store them in their original tray to maintain their shape.

Are the lashes beginner-friendly?
Yes. Our natural styles, half lashes, and clear-band options are great for beginners because they are lightweight and easy to apply.

How many times can I reuse cluster lashes?
With gentle handling, cluster lashes can be reused up to 5 times. Avoid applying too much bond and remove them carefully to extend their lifespan.

Is it safe to apply bond and lashes if I have sensitive eyes?
We strongly recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before using any adhesive or bond product. Apply a small amount behind the ear or on the wrist to ensure no irritation occurs before using it near the eyes.

How do I remove my lashes safely?
Removal can be done using our lash remover for best results. You can also use a gentle oil-based makeup remover as an alternative. Apply the remover, let it sit for a few seconds, and slide the lashes off without pulling on your natural lashes.

Can I sleep with the lashes on?
Strip lashes should be removed before sleeping. Cluster lashes can be worn for multiple days, but sleeping on your side or face may affect their longevity.

Are your lashes cruelty-free?

Can I wear the lashes with glasses?
Yes. Our lightweight natural styles, especially half lashes and shorter strip lashes, are comfortable and suitable for glasses wearers.

What is the difference between strip lashes and cluster lashes?
Strip lashes are a full band that covers the entire lash line and can be reused many times. Cluster lashes come in small segments, allowing you to customise your look and focus on specific areas of the eye.

Can I use mascara on the lashes?
We do not recommend using mascara on reusable lashes, especially strip or cluster styles, as this reduces their lifespan. Mascara can be applied to your natural lashes before applying false lashes.

How should I store my lashes?
Store your lashes in their original tray or lash box to keep them clean, maintain their curve, and extend their usability.
