Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Processing time does not include delivery time.

Standard UK Delivery: £3.95
Delivery Estimate: 1–3 business days once dispatched
Free Shipping: Orders over £30
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order using the Royal Mail tracking service.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. This may change in the future, so please check back for updates.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return terms below.
Right to Return (Faulty Goods Only)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery if the item is faulty or damaged. This right applies only to faulty items and does not apply to opened lash products for hygiene reasons.
Hygiene and Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or worn lash products. All items must remain sealed and unused to be eligible for review.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please follow the steps below:

Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Email us at contact@lakouklaxrolly.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the fault.

Our team will assess your claim and advise you if a return, replacement, or refund is approved.
If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost for confirmed faulty items. Proof of postage is required for all returns.
Unwanted or Change-of-Mind Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items or change-of-mind purchases. Returns are only accepted for faulty items.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Faulty Items: We cover the return shipping cost once the return is approved.
All Other Cases: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is accepted under exceptional circumstances. Proof of postage is required for all returns.
