  • We use Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from dispatch.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on order size and weight.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
